One of the most common fears as people age is a diagnosis of dementia. It is normal to worry about losing control of memory, personality, and decisions. Is advance care planning for dementia really possible? Join The Conversation Project in Boulder County to consider what can be prepared before a possible dementia diagnosis as well as how to honor a loved one who is already traveling on the dementia journey.
