offshoot of Bohemia Boulder, which runs local art programs and worldwide art

Dempsey, a Boulder native and fellow TRU volunteer, was one of America’s top
female climbers during the ‘70s. Tune in to learn more about her craft and
the rockfall accident in Yosemite that changed her life forever 38 years ago.

Beck, TRU volunteer will be sharing the art of Swedish Weaving. (Learn
something new and perhaps take up a new hobby!!)

§ TRU UPDATES
TRU Telemedicine - We are working closely
with The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The Centers for
Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and state and local health officials to
respond quickly and effectively to COVID-19, take action to address potential
and confirmed cases, and mitigate transmission. We have deployed
Tele-Care tablets to patients, hospitals, and facility partners to replace
in-person visits with video visits whenever it makes sense to do so, and we are
offering grief support groups and counseling by phone and video conferencing.
TRU’s pandemic response team meets daily to review updates and determine how to
adapt and innovate to provide the best care for our community.

TRU Volunteers shared 26,737
hours of their time in 2019. The 2019 estimated national value of each hour was
$25.43. Although TRU Community Care Volunteers are PRICELESS, you are valued at
